Our 60-minute small-group classes are coached by a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. Training is strength-based, intentional, and designed to support your goals.

Each program is adapted to your individual needs,  and experience level. With small groups capped at 6 people, you receive personalized coaching, form feedback, and thoughtful progressions every session.

Classes are held in a fully equipped gym, helping you build muscle, improve energy, and manage stress sustainably.
